YDE(R) pumps are single stage, single suction, horizontal centrifugal pump, and it’s the main circulating pump for absorption tower of wet FGD device, with a wide range of flow rate, high efficiency and saving energy. This series of pumps are equipped with X type bracket has the advantages of compact structure, which can greatly save space. At the same time, our company developed a variety of materials pumps according to the characteristics of ?desulfurization system.

Pump over-current components using advanced CFD flow simulation technology, reliable design and high efficiency.

Adjust the bearing components can change the position of ?impeller in the pump cavity, to make the pump unit in the high efficiency operating condition.

The pump is back-disassembly structure, has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, no need to disassemble the pump inlet and outlet pipe.

The end of the pump with double row tapered roller bearings, drive with cylindrical roller bearings, bearings with oil lubrication, improve the working condition of bearing, greatly improving the service life of bearing.

Container type mechanical seal used in desulfurization process forsealing, reliable operation.

Our company specially for the FGD device, developed a new wear resistant materials, the materials show the wear resistance of high chromium white cast iron and the duplex stainless steel, which hassignificant wear corrosion resistance in the FGD process.

The pump casing, pump cover and the joint plate is pressure parts, made of ductile cast iron; rubber pump structure: impeller, suction cover / front guard plate is a special corrosion resistant materials, the material of front-volute, back-volute and back panel is natural rubber has good corrosion resistance, and light weight, relatively low cost.Metal structure: impeller, volute, front panel, back panel are corrosion resistant materials, suction cover is ductile iron adhesive.
