Before the working process of VSI crusher, you should screen out those large briquettes and prevent them from being fed. To start the sand production line, you should pay much attention to the order. It is suggested to place the VSI crusher between the discharger and feeder. VSI crusher can be launched if no load exists inside.
You can not start the feeding work until VSI crusher runs normally. Seen from the feeding mouth, blade wheels should run in the counter-clockwise direction. If not, you should adjust the connections of dynamo.
