It is a combination of the Rauwalfia Serpentina and Camellia Sinesis. This is carefully blended combination and it is an approved herb in maintaining the Blood Pressure.Action: Rauwalfia has a several alkaloids in which Reseprine is the most important. Rauwalfia alkaloids belong to a general class of medicine called antihypertensive. They are used to treat high blood pressure (Hypertension). Rauwalfia alkaloids control nerve impulses along certain nerve pathways on the heart and blood vessels to lower blood pressure. Reseprine combats high blood pressure, irregular heart beat and has sedative effect. Rauwalfia has been employed for centuries for the relief of various central nervous system disorders both psychic and motor.Direction for use: Brew 1 teaspoonful (Approx: 2 gm) of BP tea for 5 minutes. Strain it into a cup. A few drops of lime could be added for taste. One cup in the morning and night should be consumed. According to BP Level it should be reduced to one cup a day.Contraindication: Rauwalfia products are contraindicated to patients who have already shown hypersensitivity to rauwalfia or its products. It is also contraindicated during pregnancy, patient with the history of mental depression and active peptic ulcer.
