Innovative Art & Decor warrants that its merchandise are free from manufacturing defects (workmanship and/or material) and will either give credit or replace defective products or parts for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If a manufacturing defect is found, Innovative Art & Decor should be notified promptly of the defect and supplied a copy of the invoice and delivery ticket. Inspection by a Innovative Art & Dor employee may be necessary to verify that a manufacturing defect exists or you may be required to submit digital images of the defect. Please note that, the warranty is void due to improper use.

We accept all major credit cards. You can also mail us a Check or Money Order. If mailing a Check or Money Order, print the e-mail confirmation invoice we send you and mail it back to us with your payment. Our mailing address can be found in our About Us section. We accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks and Business Checks. (Personal & Business Checks take 10 days to clear.) Please include the item # and your e-mail address when mailing Checks & Money Orders.
