* Minimum quantity : 3,000 main sheets per plate. 
                 Please be noted that it is per plate not per order.
                 Packing : Bulk into carton after cutting by size without individual package.

-Because of difference of raw materials between our sticker and white shiny paper for Pantone color book, color matching is not just same as original artwork. It should be considered.

-When design artwork, please make thickness of line on image be over 0.4mm at thinnest and black edge line of image should be thicker than usual line.

Name of size is how many pieces can be gotten off from a main sheet.
For example, if we can get 36 pieces of stickers from a mian sheet, it is called MT-36. Naturally ?main sheet itself is MT-1.

(UNITEK STICKER)

-Number of design per plate is limited and it depends upon size of sticker.
  It would be better to have discussion for number of design case by case in advance.
  Popular sizes and recommendable number of design per plate are as follows ;

-For artwork approval, we will provide color-proof or color separation data and it is final.
  Pre-production sample condition is not acceptable, since our production process is so complicate and
  by long line with several steps.
  It is the reason why our sticker and process is unique and world wide patent.

-We prefer artwork to be designed by Photoshop, Freehand or Illustrate, which shows exact size and   Pantone color (PMS) number for solid color, and loaded on ZIP or floppy disk. If data is not so big and complicate,
  we recommend to use e-mail. Of course, it is better that they are provided along with original artwork and color-chip.

-If the quantity of order over 6,000 main sheets, one colored backprint is available.
  We recommend black or green color. Also it should be continuous type and a unit size of a cut should be smaller than size of sticker.

-Designed image should be placed 3mm far from edge(cutting line) for die-cut.

-Size of main sheet is 525 X 720mm. Our clients are free to make smaller size by dividing this main sheet.

                                                  HOW TO DESIGN 
 

1. According to expression method, our products are basically divided by two.

Unitek Sticker : Solid color(separate color) is being used likely silk screen printing and color limitation per plate is 10 including black and white. Both double sided and single sided stickers are available.
If no customers' instruction, it is regarded as double sided sticker. In case of single sided sticker, backside should be white.

ACCENT sticker : Process color is being used likely offset printing.
Therefore, there is no color limitation, but single sided sticker is only available, of which backside is also white. photograph is available too.

2. By special options, we break down more as follows;

SOFTTILE : It is a dimensional sticker. On UNITEK or ACCENT, certain image will be expressed thicker by optional process.
SOFTTILE is being used mostly on tiles of bathroom and kitchen.

STAINED GLASS : It looks like real Stained Glass and almost transparent. This sticker is thicker than usual goods
and embossed in line artwork.

STIKCARD : It is a picture on picture sticker. There is a picture on front side of releasing paper and UNITEK or ACCENT sticker placed on picture of releasing paper. Therefore, both sticker and releasing paper can be used.
It is being used for greeting card, postcard, sports card and so on.

NO SLIDING : It is non-slippery sticker or mat. Big embossing is on the surface of UNITEK, ACCENT or SELFSTIX.

LID sticker : LID is our brand name of Glow-in-the Dark products. Hereinafter it is called LID, it is just same as UNITEK sticker, but color limitation per plate is 8 including black and white, excluding natural color of LID pigment. Because of special property, only single sided sticker is available. Backside of sticker should be white.
