The first thing I must stress is this is a 100% authentic TempurPedic? mattress. No fakes or imitations here! This mattress is not brand new but it is in like new condition. The mattresses I have are the trial mattress, store displays, overstocks, canceled orders, etc. I do not know exactly which mattress is what. Before I receive them the warranty, retail box and the zipper cover are removed. All I get is the actual mattress with the under mesh cover. They are then sealed in a very strong thick mattress bags. For individual orders the mattress will be boxed for shipping.
