To get customers satisfaction, JGF  will give 4 weeks warranty after the  container/s received by the customer. If thefurniture arrives damaged or break caused by poor structure, please let us knowwith some images attach, so we can take swift action. The JGF do everythingpossible to solve the problem, a special discount when the breakage isrepairable or replacement on next shipment.

The JGF  need about6-8 weeks for production time, the production will start after to receive the 50% deposit.

Production time

For retail or sample order will sent by air/sea freight  with special packaging. The delivery costwill charged on customer. Actual shipping time will vary depending on shipper'scurrent schedules.

The JGF  just receivepayment in T/T and requires a 50% deposit to begin each project and balance thepayment after completion of the order and before shipping, JGF receipt of yourdeposit or payment for any product or project will indicate that you have readand understand our company's General Terms & Conditions and agree withthem.
