The Company was founded in the year 1962 by "LATE SIRISH CHANDRA PODDAR". a very experienced and energetic enterpreneur, who with lots of effort and hard work, continuous good public relations had created a strong presence of the company in West Bengal. After his death, his son "MR. BIMAL PODDAR" joined the business as a Director and expanded the business to far extent. Its his brain child the famous Brand "ELEGANT", the brand which has taken the entire Chair Manufacturing Industry by strom. Today "ELEGANT" is the only name that comes in mind when thinking of buying chairs and sofas.

The company was established as a manufacturer of Office Revolving Chairs. We then moved into the manufacturing and marketing, focusing primarily on Office Revolving Chairs and Office Tables. Subsequently the business scope has expanded to include Residendial and Restaurant Furniture.

We offer wide ranges of products like Executive Chairs, Medium Back Executive Chairs, Workstation & Computer Chairs, Restaurant Chairs, Dining Chairs, Writing Desk Chairs, Perfo Lobby Chairs, Two Seator, Three Seator, Single Seator Sofaz, and Office Tables which cater to the major furniture segments.
