KOMPOSAN Conference and cinema group has been producing parts (polyurethane foam, arms rests, seat metal accessories, wooden accessories, plastic accessories) to the office-bureau and conference-cinema seating industry for almost 30 years and currently conducts its operations by capacities of 700 ton/year cast foam, 2500 ton/year metal accessories, 750 m3/year wooden accessories, 850 ton/year plastic accessories.
The production plant located at the Ikitelli Organised Industrial Zone boasts a floor space of 10000 m2, of which 8500 m2 is covered and a work force of 150 personnel operating on a two shift system.

Our seat production group comprises of the following companies;
OFSPOL Polyurethane, Our production of flexible polyurethane (foam) are produced using cold flexibility casting technique to allow a high level of flexibility and duration, with technical spoliations that comply with world standard physical and mechanical data.
Due to the foam being able to be cast at the same time as construction materials such as metal, wood spring and plastic parts in the furniture and automotive sector, extreme ease, efficiency and economy is provided in the manufacture of seating.

Flexible polyurethane (foam) is delivered to you ready for covering, therefore allowing utmost convenience in production and installation as well as offering serial and standard production opportunities.

In addition, the cold foam casting technique allows the seating material to be laid inside the cast with the foam then poured into the cast, to provide a ready covered foam with the desired material.
The expert team at the casting workshop can design and produce special casts according to the requests of the customer.
