MIRATENT has excellent effect in Flatness on the surface by repeated coating several time, and in superiors to others regarding ultra-violet treatment.
And it has no modification (shrinkage and droop) after fabrication with the installation by excellent dimensional stability which has less than 0.5%.
Futhermore it has excellent durability and adhesion strength by going through heater at 180 after liquid PVC sol penetrate through the fiber to even minute everywhere.
So, MIRATENT is strong enough to bear temperature condition in 80 in Summer and -35 in Winter.
MIRATENT use special high tenacity and low shrinkage polyester fiber as its base cloth,
bearing high temperature like 180 in the manufacturing process . MIRATENT is produced
by a method of SOL coating process, that the intensive liquid PVC can penetrate through the polyester fiber to even minute everywhere.
