The "CV" range of ventilation canopies has been developed for use with restaurant chains, or similar applications, where standard, non-bespoke canopies are called-for. With their high capture velocities the Centrex UL-approved removable baffle-type filters provide highly efficient grease extraction. Stainless steel construction ensures extended service life - and they also have more impingement area than comparative filters. Vertical air baffles change direction of grease-laden air and divert grease out of the airstream by centrifugal action. Recessed fluorescent fitting provide vapour-proof lighting. Standard integral make-up-air option can be incorporated
