The apple boxes are 12 high X 14 wide X 20 long. They are sold separately

The box underneath is separate and is done in the same species and ship lapped. The box measures 26 deep X 74 long X 14 high.

Please note this bed is finished in beeswax and is in Ash. It is available in Oak, Ash, Maple, Cherry or Walnut. It is ship lapped so there is no plywood or veneer.

The foot board or headboard are the same and have a 1 inch bit of clearance along the floor, so you do not have to see the boxes underneath. The box unit can have the individual apple boxes underneath or put in a few and have a great place to stash books and magazines.

Throw in a hemp hemp blue pillows for good measure and Edgar is the perfect sitting in front of the fire reading a good English novel with your favorite retriever buddy curled under your feet sort of chair.

Edgar is very posh and stuck up with his classic rolled arm English styling, that is why we kicked him up a bit in turquoise organic cotton and hand turned egg shaped legs in ash.
Not wanting to be snickered at by the other rolled arm sofas on the play ground we added a lovely touch to his sides, with a poplar covered side panel. He is stuffed in a firm marshal unit spring, wrapped in latex and down feathers for a little more poof.
