Our master craftsman has close to 2 decades of experience in custom cabinetry and woodwork.  We are in the process of updating our new website.  So if you don't see a picture of what you are looking for, it doesn't mean we haven't done it - it's just sitting on his laptop, you will be able to see a full range of photos during the consultation process.  Furthermore, we are custom.  So even if we haven't done it, doesn't mean we can't do it.  The whole point of being a custom furniture and cabinet maker is so that you don't have to build the same pieces all the time.  Rather you get to apply your accumulated knowledge, experience, methods, techniques and ingenuity to solve new challenges and create new things for your customers, to take the ideas in their heads and make them real.

Finally, if there is any issue with your installed custom cabinets or woodwork, you know where to find us.  Buy from a big box store and sorting out your warranty will be a complicated chain of events involving many middlemen across the country.  Buy from us and you'll talk to us directly and we'll be out within a day or 2 to get it fixed.  All our products are made here in Ohio with local suppliers so if there's a problem with a drawer glide or piece of hardware, it will be easily addressed.  In 18 years, we've never had to go back and replace something that we've built (in terms of the actual cabinets).  But still, you know where to find us anyway.

We fully believe in getting your feedback along the way.  We go so far as to set up your custom cabinets or furniture for a walk through before finishing so you can see how it looks and test the functionality.  If you need a change, it's more cost effective to do at this point.  Just one more step we take to ensure your custom cabinets or furniture really meet your needs.

Your sales consultation will be with the master craftsman, the same guy who's going to run the project and build the product.  Once the project is underway, you will be able to contact him directly by phone or by text message if you have any questions, concerns, or comments.

One of the advantages of being custom is that it makes us into great problems solvers.  There are always challenges with installations and we navigate them expertly.  Your cabinets need to be built around old baseboard heaters?  No problem!  Odd angles but you need a clean fit?  No problem!  Nothing's impossible, it just may take a bit of time to figure out and figure it out we do.
