We are only a trader and take utmost care to choose handicraft from reliable and quality manufacturer, even though sometime there may be minor difference / variation in the product we
deliver compare to the photograph we have displayed on our site due to manual manufacturing process.
All the materials are treated with anti termite and paste control spray. Even though there is chance for development of paste in some of the material due to humidity and varied atmosphere
in which these products are going to be used.
We provide rates of our products to only solicited query through purchase order form submission on our website, or through telephonic order after verification.
We do not take responsibility of damages during transit in cargo, though we can provide you service of repairing at your expense including shipment charges if you send us the product back
at our Rajkot Showroom.
We will deliver your chosen product/s at your doorstep once you confirm the acceptance of the product rate and terms of deal, with 100 % payment receipt through e-mail.
In case of non-availability of the ordered product/s or out of stock condition, we may not able to accept the order or may not deliver such ordered goods in time. In such case the will not
be any payment of penalty or interest on the paid amount by the customer.
We arrange cargo for delivery of your purchased product/s to insure proper handling and delivery in time at minimum expense, though you can choose the mode of shipment on your own.
The prices we quote are the x-showroom prices and all the other expenses including the transportation costs will be born by the customer.
