All the mortise & tenon joinery is done by Italian Balestrini machines and this ensures the best quality and finish for the carpentry job. The products are completely hand carved and finished to a high degree of perfection by quality labour.
The wood used for our products is kiln dried FAS qualitywith MC 6- 8%. We have completely dehumidified storage and finishing section where we can maintain and RH of 35%. This will prevent the reabsorption of moisture from the atmosphere.
In addition to our standard range we can manufacture any item in solid wood as per your requirement according to the drawings or photos and specifications given to us.
We make our products from Kiln dried(properly seasoned)Hardwoods like TEAK, ROSE WOOD (Indian), MAHOGANY, OAK, BEECH, INDIAN WALNUT and AMERICAN WALNUT.
