Production flow:
D. Hardware: We use top-grade hardwarelike BMB or Bogeweisi for guiding rail and lock.
C. Painting: We use Huarun brand PEpainting for priming for two times, then German imported Idopa painting fortop-coat, the priming two times coating will not allow the very littleformaldehyde to volatile, also make the coating thicker, harder and much morecomfortably looking.
B. Base material: E1 or E2 standard mediumdensity fiberboard meet GB/T 11718-1999 national standard, with low formaldehydevolatilization, all our furniture meets GB 18584-2001; they are friendly tohuman beings. The density of the MDF is 730-760Kg/m3, can bear for 300Kg on thetop of the desk.
