Sandwich Stickers

They are used in the same logic with sandwich stickers. Consumer can take the tattoo which is applied onto the inner surface of wrapping material, and transfers it anywhere he wants. Unlike normal tattoos, sandwich tattoos require die cutting in order to allow labelling.

b) Sandwich Tattoos

In addition to the one liner and one sticker layer of normal stickers, sandwich stickers have the second liner layer. The apparatus mounted on the packaging machine takes apart the sticker from its the bottommost liner and sticks it to the inside of the wrapper. Afterwards, when the consumer opens the packaging of the food, he takes the sticker leaving the second liner on the package and uses it anywhere. In order to keep the sticker from fat, grease or moisture of the food, and also to avoid food to be in contact with the printing, the sticker is laminated with a film layer after printing. We define these products as 'Sandwich' because of this multi-layer structure of the product.

a) Sandwich Stickers

These are special promotional products, which were developed for the food that are wrapped in flowpack machines, for example chocolates, wafers, lollipops, chips. They are used by a labeling apparatus mounted on the flowpack machine.
