The Lovestones are handmade for Close the Loop, LLC from 100% recycled glass from an artist studio in Seattle, WA "speacializing in trash beautification". Their mission is to reduce
waste through the collection of glass, metal and cardboard. The glass is collected through bottle drives at local schools & organizations (clear, green, blue, brown, etc), some from stained glass
artists & glassblowers waste glass (the reds & purples), curbside collection, industrial and construction waste, and from restaurants. Cardboard is reused for packing and shipping. Glass
and metal are recycled into a variety of handmade products. An irresistable way to celebrate a friendship or send a little love. Recycling is a vital element of sustainability and an
important way to preserve the quality of life on Earth.
