The Spartan Helmet has an elevated crest from Sparta and is on a marble base.
The Spartans were known for their discipline and dedication to the art of war. Their helmets were normally of bronze and were cut away enough in front to leave the face visible with plates to
protect the cheeks. Across the top ran a firm metal ridge to catch any hard down-right blow. A tall nodding crest was set into the ridge.
