Ergon and Panatronix have set a revolutionary process for the picking, the disoxidation and the cleaning of the metals, in particular of cooper and of its leagues. The new technology allows the rapid removal of superficial deposits such as: sand, graphite, oxide, burnt oil derived from fusion processes in the earth, pressure-fusion, heat-pressing, braze-welding.
The process, of chemical-physical nature, uses the combined action of special chemical products (Ergon) and ultrasonic frequencies (Panatronix) and it eliminates the toxic and harmful emission of corrosive acids such as: hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, chromic acid. The treatment limits itself in the elimination of the oxides and the superficial impurities, without affecting the base metal and without altering the aspect and the dimensions of the treated pieces. The pollution of the metal in the waters turns out to be therefore extremely reduced. The long duration of the baths and the brief times of immersion allows a drastic reduction of the productive costs.
Besides the process de-activates the metallic surface and avoids the rioxidation of it, with a quality of comparable passivazione with the chromic one.
