The Mandala Stone Carving Shop is the oldest of its trade and is situated in beguiling Thamel, Nepal. We have a background of stone carving from our ancestors. Our family ancestors came from the countryside to practise the art of stone carving in the city. Later they moved to the Swoyambhu side of Kathmandu and established their simple business, the first of its kind in Swoyambhu. After much hard work and great effort, we extend our Stone Carving art to the Thamel side of Kathmandu. Now our products have reached many different parts of the world. The art we make has proved to be a great asset for our customers and hangs on the walls of houses all over the world. We are also very proud that art works from the Mandala Shop have decorated the American Museum. We have participated in the International fair of France and already have fascinated customers, visitors and wholesalers worldwide.
