These telescopes are available in two finishes: The polished brass version has been hand polished to a high luster. The polished telescope is 43 3/4 inches (111 cm) long, 3 inches (7.6 cm) in diameter, has a tube outside diameter of 2 1/4 inches (5.7 cm), and an objective lens diameter of 2 inches (5.1 cm). The telescope with tripod weighs 20 pounds (9.1 kg). The telescope is also available with an antique patina finish which is made to look like a 100 year old antique. The antique patina finish never needs polishing and can be handled without tarnishing the brass. The antique patina telescope is 46 3/4 inches (119 cm) long, 3 inches (7.6 cm) in diameter, has a tube outside diameter of 2 1/4 inches (5.7 cm), and an objective lens diameter of 2 inches (5.1 cm). The telescope with tripod weighs 22 pounds (10 kg).
