We use the top quality original leather sheaths which are totally hand stitched. Our leather sheaths holds the knives perfectly with a locking strap. The leather sheaths have beautiful antique buttons and designs.

Leather Sheath

We use 5 Pcs of steel in our Damascus two with high carbon level (Xcgo equivalent to 1095) and three with medium carbon content (C30 equivalent to 1030) and nickel steel as well. After grinding the knives we give it 60Rc. Heat according to Lab result. Then anodized we polish it then treat it with Ionize for appearing the designs. After Ionizing we clean the surface of knife with dry cloth then we treat it with perafin Oil , Coconut oil and Wax mixture for the safety of knife, from zinc. Then we assembled the handle and then final finishing and polishing process made.

Our Damascus steel have beautiful random designs which makes knife beautiful. Our Damascus steel have 285 and 512 true layers. The high carbon and nickel contents in our Damascus give it superb edge holding great cutting abilities.

Our products are totally handmade design and manufactured. Our knives have beautiful shapes and balance. We especially look after the designs, edges and nibs of our knives. We use three designs of Damascus steel mostly (Rain Drop, Letter and Twist Pattern)
