In this product range we offer Matte and Gloss UV-curing overprint varnishes for PE, PP, PVC and other plastics used in the field of soft packaging. These products adhere well on difficult substrates such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and other plastic substrates. The formulation has been designed to minimize the sensitivity of the wet film to surface contaminations and to provide a very uniform and defect-free film when applied at very low film thicknesses. The PlastoVar overprint varnishes are supplied as matte and gloss. Special features such as hot-stamping formulations are also available.
