Wooden Star

It takes more than a year to make one Christmas Star from a pine tree in a forest - timber is treated in a natural way without any chemicals involved. Nordic traditions are combined with unique technology to produce one-of-the-kind handicraft.

There are several different designs but one thing is in common all the products are 100% natural, simple, beautiful and the quality of craftsmanship is very high. Every single star is carefully checked and assembled to assure high quality, which is our trademark.

Otto Odenberg Woodcrafts is a family-owned and operated business based in a small village Kumna, Estonia. In 1994 the founder of the company, Mr. Otto Odenberg together with his childhood friend Vambola Roll created unique tools to help to create our products -wooden Christmas Stars. The main markets are Germany, United States and Scandinavian countries.

We export our products to both individuals and whole sellers around the world. You can see our sell as churches and orphanages. It makes a perfect gift to your family, friends or business partners.

Background

Depending on a size each star is made from up to 364 individual pieces, each carefully made to exact size to form a unique product. Natural untreated wood creates warmth that no other material can duplicate. We use pine as it has a beautiful texture, which comes out when the Christmas Star is light. Place the star on your window. It comes with all necessary electrical accessories and all you have to do, is to add a light bulb.
