The East Regional Manager of LVGrads.com is Lance Shoen, a local product himself. Lance furthered his education in San Diego, California and concluded his studies in Arizona. After college Lance returned to Las Vegas with his wife and children.

He got his start with Jostens in 1981. From 1994 through 1999 Lance received the Jostens honor of being one of the Top Five Sales Performers nationwide. Because of the extraordinary growth of Las Vegas area and the success Lance was experiencing he decided to split the entire Southern Nevada region into an EAST and WEST region.
