Paintings

A masterpiece of "Maestro Battini". Oil paintings are done on cotton canvas called "Leonardesca, " treated with gesso and then applied to a frame or board. The colors used are pure pigments, hand ground in the art studio and bonded with organic bonders. All our figurative oil paintings (ex. Historical battle scenes) are always created with live models who pose for the artist and then, of the photographs taken, a painting is created.
