Please make sure the photos you sent us are clear enough so that the artists can see enough details. If the artist can see the facial part or main object clearly, we can certainly create an artwork of masterpiece quality for you. If there is any problem with your photos, we will contact you right away.

We have over one hundred artists who specialize in different styles and subjects. We will assign the most suitable artist for your order.

Once the painting is finished, well evaluate it first. If the artwork does not meet our quality standards, it will be sent back for modification or sent to a different artist for recreation. We wont email you digital photos until the painting meets our standard completely.

Most of our customers are satisfied with the artwork once when receiving the first preview email. However, you can email us any modification request if there is any place you do not like in your artwork. We allow you to make unlimited changes until you are thrilled with your painting.
