First Contact

The first peaceful contact among so-called white men, LED by the great explorer of the Amazon Rainforest, former Director of the Indigenous Department of FUNAI (Indigenous National Foundation in Brazil) , Mr. Sidney Possuelo and the Korubo Indians. It took him several months exploring the Brazilian Amazon jungle to find traces of the first tribe in 1996, which became the first out of dozens of unknown tribes, who were duly protected by him against the actions of lumbermen and sawmill owners.
