Standard capacity ranges from 400,000 kcal/hour up to 6,000,000 kcal/hour.
BASUKI Coal fired Thermal Oil Heaters consist of a coil type heat exchanger located above fluid bed furnace. Coal is burnt in a fluidized bed combustor. This produces minimum pollution and can
ensure complete combustion of the fuel.
Fluidized Bed combustor can burn a variety of fuels such as Wood waste, Rice husk, Palm Shell and Coal in same unit. Effective mixing of fuel and air in the reactor makes it possible to obtain
complete combustion with less air.
FLUIDIZED BED OIL HEATERS
Fluidized Bed Combustion which is the latest coal firing technology, gives very high combustion efficiency ( 95 - 99% ).The efective fuel-air contact means lesser excess air needs which gives high
boiler efficiency. By adding an economizer to pre-heat the feed water, the total system efficiency can be made higher than any other boiler make.
When coal is the desired fuel, Bubbling Fluidized Bed technology is not the only choice, but when biomass and other high volatile/lower carbon-containing fuels (such as Tire Derived Fuel or TDF)
are used, then Bubbling Fluidized Bed technology should be considered as the preferred combustion process.
The Bubbling Fluidized Bed is very well suited for burning renewable biomass (green power) at much higher moisture contents and even finer fuel sizing than is typically possible using stoker
combustion. NOx emissions are lower than are possible using stoker combustion without any post-combustion control, such as selective non-catalytic reaction (SNCR).
Thats why Fluidized Bed Combustion known as one of the best combustion system for biomass fuel.
