    Steam boilers manufactured by this large industrial complex consists of main body,  front and rear tube plates, furnace and (backup )return chamber which after being completely assembled and welded are brought under non-destructive tests (radiography, ultrasonic test, penetrating liquid test) . Afterwards, the stress relief operations are carried out in a special furnace. The boilers have two passes of tubes and a furnace constituting three heating passes in all.

   MSA steam boilers are manufactured in various capacities up to 70000 Ib/hr (32000 kg/hr) and 450 PSI working pressure. Special orders are accomplished with the installation of super heaters and economizers as per B.S 2790-1992 and Iranian National Standard on steam boilers, and the ability of burning different fuels
