Connect with higher level by Modbus RTU and DirectNet protocols through RS_232 or RS_485 port (connection by Ethternet, Profibus DP, DeviceNet, KOYO Remote I/O is available upon request).
Control, give signals, and emergency stop the unit, when the incremental transducers are activated or the measured parameters exceed permissible limits;
Control and monitor for maintaining set (measured) parameters at required level;
Separately control up to 12 (or up to 32 upon request) parameters simultaneously by operational units;
Control up to 32 (or up to 48 upon request) parameters and signal in case of operation mode change or emergency stop of controlled units;
combustion chamber is equipped with a burner with an ignition torch and a chimney. The line heater cylinder is fixed on the welded skid enabling to move the line heater inside of the oilfield
site. Outside of the cylinder, there are control units, a fuel piping, an oil supply and discharge piping, a ladder, an operating floor, an expansion tank, and a water level gage. When gas or oil
is burned in combustion chamber material is heated by intermediate heat carrier (water).
The PP-0.63 is manufactured in two designs differing by the fuel types used: the PP-0.63A (gas line heater ) uses natural or associated oil gas as a fuel; the PP-0.63AJ (liquid line heater) uses
oil from fuel system or oilfield system that which is pre-purified and reduced using the BPJT-0.22 -4.0 liquid fuel preparation unit .
The heater is equipped with AS-PNG-I automation system, which enables remote ignition of burners, controls oil heating process parameters, and serves as an operational and emergency alarm, and
automatic guard in case operating parameters deviate.
PP-0.63 and PP-0.63AMJ Line Heater
The key distinction feature of the PP-0.63 and PP-0.63AMJ line heaters is AS-PNG-I automation system using Direct Logic DL06 industrial controller (Japan). The automation system allows to:
