- The Esse Cooking Pot
The esse cooking pot is a very versatile cooking instrument that has it's own fire box and chimney and can be fired from the outside of a building. Either wood or coal can be used as a fuel. It is like having a very large pot on the stove. The design consists of a stainless steel inner pot (the cooking area) and an outer stainless steel shell that makes it a nice piece of kitchen utility. It is equipped with a 50 mm drain tap for easy cleaning. The large lid ( 825 mm) allows for easy loading and unloading. The lid is fitted with a counter weight that makes opening and closing easy. Dimensions :- Height : 1100 mm Width : 1300 mm (including firebox) The actual cooking area is :- 800 mm Inside diameter and 470 mm deep.
