The total covered area of the Factory is 30,000 Sq. Feet. And another 44,000 Sq. Feet area is under construction. We also do piping jobs with Carbon & Alloy Steel material under Indian Boiler Regulation. Our Shop is approved by IBR, Lloyds, Bureau Veretas, and BARC etc.

We are also in to manufacturing of Pressure Vessels to ESSAR Projects HAZIRA SURAT with dimensions of 5mtr X 6mtr.

Recently we have supplied one High Pressure Boiler to Japanese Company called Ebara Pumps Ltd. for Testing Power Turbine. We have also developed one high efficient boiler in this boiler era. This is the combination of Water Tube & Smoke Tube Boiler in which Furnace portion comprises of Water tubes and this furnace is covered by water tubes from all 4 sides. This is the inherent advantage of this system.

We have also proved our Turn Key and Site job fabrication capabilities, by successfully and timely completing plant fabrication, erection, & commissioning of the hot deep galvanizing plant for high mast towers plant with Gimeco Italy for M/S Bajaj Electrical Ltd., Pune.
