BOILERS

The entire external surface of the boiler shell is insulated with high density mineral rock wool and is cladded by galvanized sheet.

AB&P is using state of the art computer design techniques in every boiler. Our boilers are three pass wet back design eliminates refractory baffles between flue passes with minimum maintenance and extra-long life. Wet back design has proven to give much longer useful life cycles than dry back boilers. Since there is no large refractory rear door, it is easy to remove the covers for access to the tubes.

Each boiler is using high quality burner, feed water pumps and other accessories. All boilers are subject to quality control including NDT (Non-destructive test) and hydro test before leaving the factory. Complete records of each boiler if filed in our records for future reference.
