With Two Highly efficient Centrifugal multi-stage, vertical feed water pumps with motor.

Mono bloc step modulation Light oil cum natural gas fired burner. The combustion air fan and fuel pump is coupled to same motor .   (Combustion air fan and fuel pump are having individual drive for SM 20DL) . It has in built dual block solenoid valve for gas shut off. Leak detection device is provided to check the leakage of dual block solenoid valve. The burner is provided with High & low gas pressure switch & Low combustion air pressure switch. Flame sensor is provided in the burner to detect the flame in auto mode operation. Burner comes with in built control panel

hinged ceramic  lined front doors and smoke chamber with soot cleaning  door. One Manhole, Two head hole on the boiler shell to inspect the internal of the boiler.  One access opening at the back of the IRC to inspect the internal of the furnace.  Two fusible plugs are provided as an ultimate mechanical safety to prevent the boiler from over heating incases of the very extra low water level in boiler. The boiler is factory insulated with 100 mm thickness mineral wool of density of 100 kg / m3 and cladded with pre coated sheet.

Its a three pass wetback boiler capable of producing 2000 kg/hr steam at 100 degc F&A
