It consists of DoubleHelical Coil, made out of Carbon Steel.Conventional design of three pass is used effectively to get best heat transferefficiency.The pumpinjects water in the helical coil & Burnerfires vertically downward in the chamber madefrom the Coil. After complete Combustion, thegases pass through suitably designed passage inbetween two coils & then through third passof coil & inner shell. Heat is recovered byAir passing through inner & outer shells,thus providing preheated air forcombustion.Thisimproves upon Combustion efficiency. Aluminiumradiator placed between the shells eliminatesthe heat loss to atmosphere, thus eliminatingthe external insulation.As per standardpractice, we offer water preheated with theboiler. The same is placed in the exit stream offlue gas. Thus water fed to the boiler is alsopreheated for higher Thermal efficiency.All boilers arebacked by proven track record of SOT FullyAutomatic Pressure Jet Burners.SOT Boilers areavailable in Gas &/or Light/Heavy Fuel oils.However, boilers below 300 kg/hr are notrecommended with Furnace Oil as fuel. Boilersare mounted on skid platform, prewired and assembled, ready to install. The unit shall becommissioned, immediately after Fuel line &Power supply is connected to the system.
