The features of the HET Thermal oil heater are:1. Non-Oil Tray Design: The HET thermal oil heater is without bottom oil trays, providing smoothest flow to the fluids and eliminating the hazards of leakage over the heavily-welded oil trays.2. 3 Pass Design: The 3 pass design consists of 3 layers of heating coils, the radiant coil, 1st convection coil and 2nd convection coil. With this design the heating area is generally larger than those on the markets and the exhaust gas temperature is much lower too to generate superior boiler efficiency.3. Proper Tube Sizing: Proper heating tube sizing avoids high film temperature developed on the inner tube walls and providing sufficient flow and high velocity of heat transfer fluids. The not only lengthens the service life of the heating coils but also slows the deterioration of the fluids.
