High cross-sectional area grain orientated silicon steel lamination packs to provide maximum coil and refractory support.3. Rolled steel cylinder construction with adequately sized inspection and maintenance ports.4. High quality chromium plated, single acting hydraulic rams. Burst hose protection valves that hold the furnace in the event of a burst hydraulic hose, and adjustable flow restrictors to preset furnace descent rate.5. Unit arrives on site ready for installation with hydraulic bulkhead connections, water cooled power lad roller supports and clamps pre-fitted.6. Hight efficiency induction coil, with low loss stainless steel top and bottom refractory cooling turns.7. Removable anti splash furnace front cover.8. Flexible frequency and power ratings of 70 to 1000hz AL 600 to 4000kw.9. Non standard furnace sizes available upon request.10. Automatic pit guard system, to prevent toe trapping and open furnace pit hazard.
