While combustion progresses to generate 400F @ 24,000 cfm, the external body of the furnace will not exceed 80F. This furnace is used widely in tea industries. It is also available in different capacities.
The compact design will consume a very little space to fit in. Moreover, the lifetime heat insulation to the high temperature area is insulated out of high quality ceramic powder. Even though it is insulated, the insulation area is very less, because the entire system is aerodynamically designed to cool with the in taking cooled air. This gives more fuel efficiency when compared with other indirect fired furnaces.
NUGJET IDF V1 is an unique furnace for hot air generation to process food materials. This furnaces hot air combustion chamber is separated from the hot air generator. This indirect fired furnace is specifically designed for 24,000cfm air requirement. LPG, CNG, Light Diesel Oil (LDO), Super Kerosene Oil (SKO) or HDO can fuel this furnace.
