Steel boiler KV-300 MTG is intended for steam heat supply to industrial and agricultural facilities, hot water supply and saturated steam generation.
KV-300 MTG Boiler represents a single-flue horizontal structure and consists of two cylinders of different volume, which are inserted one into another and are connected with each other by flanges
and a steam collector. The inner cylinder (boiler flue) with 900 mm diameter is made of 5mm sheet steel, the outer cylinder (drum) has 1260 mm diameter and is made of 3mm sheet steel. The boilers
steam collector is welded to the outer drum from the top along its generating line and connected with the boilers drum through holes located on its top side. Fig.1.
The fire box is located in the front part of the boiler fleu, the convective pipe bundle in the back part.
The front side of the boiler is used to fix a cast-iron front plates that has an anchor for a fan, which is used for forced air supply at under the grate and for better burning.
For control and protection of the boiler and accessory equipment a control panel and instrumentation is provided to send signals when the regulated boiler parameters deviate or in case of
malfunction.
By customers request or according to boiler-room project solutions the boilers are equipped with burners that have positional or incremental heat power regulation, control automation and
instrumentation by an operator or from a dispatch panel via RS-232/485 interface and standard industrial protocols.
