The company trading as Baldwin Engineering Co. Was established in 1979 as an engineering & contracting company in the electro-mechanical field including steam and hot water boilers (all
energy sources), heat exchangers, fire fighting pumps & stations, fuel oil tanks &systems, etc. In the year 1982, the idea of establishing a pressure vessels factory in Egypt was brought up by Mr. Dennis Baldwin (ESQ), the founder &owner of Dennis Baldwin & Sons Ltd.UK and Mr, Essam Elkholy (MSC), the founder of Baldwin Engineering-Egypt and adopted the trade Name '' Byworth '' as under license manufacturing from Dennis Baldwin & Sons Ltd. UK. Since then, more than 400 boilers & 700 other products have been manufactured in our factory. In April 2001, we have been approved as '' Fusion Welded Pressure Vessels Class I ''manufacturer from the L1oyd's register for marine applications Our factory is located at the 18th. Km of Cairo Ismailia dessert road which is very close to the Cairo ring road and to Heliopolis. The workforce of highly skilled and motivated Engineers follow the strict codes of practice necessary in boilers and pressure vessels construction which are continuously monitored through the various production stages to ensure only highest quality products leave factory. All Baldwin products (manufactured or represented) are constructed to the latest standards approved and inspected throughout by l1oyd's Register or by any other recognized inspection Authority. Baldwin Engineering Co. is still a family business giving a personal service of witch it is just proud and living up to its motto.
