The cross section of the chimney for Linyitomat 100-130-160-200-250 is 30cm.*30cm. (from inside).The cross section of chimney for Linyitomat 400 and 500 is 50cm.*50cm (from inside).To keep the heat the chimney should be insulated from outside and inside.The lenght of the chimney must be minimum 7m. and it should be over 1m. of the roof.The lenght of the chimney pipe must be minimum 1 meter and connected with one pipe elbow.Next to the pipe elbow, the diameter of the pipe should be at the same size with boilers chimney and maximum 2 meter.

The thickness of the casing steel sheet is 1 mm.Electrostatic paint is used for Linyitomat 100-130-160 and 200.The casing for Linyitomat 250-300-400 and 500 is galvanised.

Circulation pump is on request.

Pump

The test pressure is 4,5 bar and the working pressure is 1 bar.

The control panel consists of pump on-off key, fan on-off key and thermometer.The fan is controlled by the thermostat.

From Linyitomat 100 up to 500 boilers consist of three doors.One for loading and the second one is for ash cleaning and the third one is for flame pipe cleaning

The grill is made of cast iron for all type of Linyitomat boilers.While the grill consists of parts it is possible to change only the one part if any deformation occurs.

Linyitomat 100-130-160-200-250-300-400 and 500 are three passes boilers.The flame goes out of combustion chamber and passes the transition flame, flame pipes and chimney.
