Inner Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler ASME Certificated

 It can be adjusted to many kinds of coal, and it can desulfurate inside the boiler, so it is environment friendly.

The structure of the boiler is single drum, type. The coal can be seperated and refeeded in the furnace. There are two kinds of Super heaters in the Gas Pass Way. It adopts drum type surface attemperator. The coal is sent into the Furnace via coal Conveyor, which buring with the wind sent by Bellows, then the gas go up into the High Temperature Cyclone, the Water Cool Wall can ensure the stable operating of Cyclone. The speed of gas inside the furnace is quite low. The bigger grains burning in the Furnace, and small grains are turned back to the High Temparature Cyclone and re-seperatered there, after that, they pass through the Water CoolTube and then, are turned back to the Furnace, through this process the efficecy is highly enhanced. The High Temparature Cyclone is installed in the top of the Furnace, which can reduce wear.

It was designed based on the technologies of High Temperature Cyclone and Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler which was developed by our company and Tsinghua University. The technologies enable the Multi-separation, Multi-coal Refeed, so the the separation efficiency is high and speed of gas inside the furnace is quite low. There is fewer wear. The Refeed Coal can be cooled in the Water Cool Tube. The Cyclone and Furnace are made of Membrane Water Cool Wall. The boiler can be started up and shut down quickly. It has the features of high efficiency and stable working.
