Thermal oil Boilers

MAK-ELSAN Thermal-oil boilers are manufactured by the help of modern and developed techniques of the burning and heat transfer methods.
 The heater interface is supported and cooled with spiral pipes. The burning part is dimensioned with the help of modern heat transfer principles. (Radiation) The effect of thermal elongation of the radiation is minimized with the help of spiral pipes.Boiler pipes are suitable for EN 10217 standarts, as well as the welding is suitable for EN 287; manufactured with the certificated welders controlled by rontgen methods.
 The heater is constructed without material stress or strain. The material has no elongation due to the heat, also the amount of welded area is minimum; this property can be held as an extra security precaution. The entire oil is passing through the heater by spiral pipes, this helps the system to heat the oil safely. By the help of flow and heat measurements we can control the oil flow completely and safely.
