Our foremost furnace design achieves secondary combustion inside to release more energy from liquid fuel and complete all burning of flue for clean environment. Inside each smoketube is put with spring turbulator to maximize the rate of heat transfer. By constantly up-grading BUYNIS technology to keep abreast with the latest burner developments we have been able to ensure higher efficiency upto 90-91% greater fuel saving resulting in lower operation costs.Wet Back type steam boilers have and increased heat transfer surface, and therefore higher efficiency, when compared to the Dry Back type. Dry Back steam boilers have the combustion flame directly impinging on heat absorbing cement walls which result in a loss of efficiency but also more costly in terms of maintenance and repair.
