YSB STEAM BOILER

- For its efficiency and reliability these types of boilers are widely used in industry. The exhaust
gases pass three times inside these boilers. The exit temperature of the exhaust gases are less than two pass types boilers. The heating surface area is big enough to reach efficient and safe operation.
- Tubes are roller expanded to the min. 15 mm thick mirror plates to prevent crackings
- Isolated front doors let the operator easly clean the fire tubes
- Our boilers are certificated .
-  Boilers are insulated with min. 100 mm thick rockwool.
Upon request our boilers are supplied fully assembled with armatures and necessary equipments including deaorator, economisor and recuparator.
- High quality and well known marks are used for armatures. All packaged boilers have furnace overheat alarm system.
- Special refractories can be applied for oil and solid fired boilers.
- Welding are  controlled according to EN 12953 & PED97/23 requests by ultrasonic testing method. Tests are carried by EN473 & ASNT certificated personal.
- It is easy to reach and clean thefire tubes of the boilers.
- Welding are done according to approved WPS's  and WPQR's.
- Our welder are certificated according to EN 287. The welders are controlled byEN 719 certificated welding supervisor.
- Rear smoke box are easy to disassemble to allow maintanence and cleaning.
