It adopt one-through membrane water-cool top-supported structure by hangers, the velocity of flow is low, Ashcontenthopper is covered by the Inclined Water-cool Wall. This is easy for discharging of smoke. There are shaking, blowing, combined shaking and blowing three methods to dedust. We have tackled the problem of dust stratification, expansion, seal, corrosion and wear and so on. And it is a national top class level product.
The working condition of Converter Waste Heat Boiler is severe. According to this problem, we, cooperated with scientific institute, have developed one through Membrane Water-cool Converter Waste Heat Boiler which adopts natural circulation, force circulation and combined circulation three circulation methods. The entrance of the Converter Waste Heat Boiler is connected with the Converter via Companding Section. After the exhausted gas enter waste heat boiler, it passes through Radiant Cooling Room, Boiler Slag Screen and several Convection Bank then discharged with temperature 3060, that is higher than acid dew point. After that, it is purified via Dedust System and then be reused.
It is the Converter Waste Heat Boiler which can not only recover the exhausted heat of converter to reduce the gas temperature, but also it is crucial that it can absorb smoke dust, heavy metal, to reduce the content of the smoke dust to ensure the equipments work smoothly and it is helpful for the finishing technology.
