Fluidized Bed combustor can burn a variety of fuels such as Wood waste, Rice husk, Palm Shell and Coal in same unit. Effective mixing of fuel and air in the reactor makes it possible to obtain complete combustion with less air.
BASUKI Coal fired Thermal Oil Heaters consist of a coil type heat exchanger located above fluid bed furnace. Coal is burnt in a fluidized bed combustor. This produces minimum pollution and can ensure complete combustion of the fuel.
Fluidized Bed combustion is undoubtedly one of the most attractive means of burning coal due to its various advantages.
