The typical heights of lift for such systems are in the range of 50m to 200m. The typical hoisting speeds are in the range of 30 m/min to 40 m/min.

These systems can very efficiently remove overburden generated during construction of deep shafts which access tunnels as well as the overburden generated during the tunneling operations itself.
